What it's like to work at Growify

We practice what we preach. We are passionate about improving our own learning as well as corporate learning. That's why we build a software to support you. As a young, diverse and above all learning enthusiastic team, we grow more and more every day. This is how we do it: The Learning Day is a fixed date in our calendar. That day, we fully focus on learning a new skill. We exchange learning experiences, share our opinions and support each other with feedback. We use our own product in-house to develop ourselves and optimize Growify as a platform.
