To protect customer data, all data transmission between Growify servers and users is encrypted using security protocols and standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. Data thereby remains confidential and stable. Outside of data transmission, all data is also stored in encrypted form. For this purpose Growify uses the industry standard AES-256 algorithm.
To prevent customers from seeing data from other customers, the data is stored in separate databases. If database access by an administrator is necessary, this is only performed under supervision (4 eyes principle). Every attempt to access data is checked for authorization and verified or denied beforehand, and questionable access is immediately reported to an administrator.
Growify fully complies with the requirements of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). When using Growify, an order processing contract is signed, which states what rights apply, how data is handled and what security measures apply.
